Yes , It is going to be compulsory  for all Engineering Graduates.

The GATE ( Graduate Aptitude Test Engineering) is a national level engineering entrance examination.

GATE will be compulsory for all engineering graduates .

As per AICTE GATE will become an EXIT EXAM that means only after clearing GATE you will get an Engineering Degree. As per this GATE is going to be partially compulsory for every private and government B.tech colleges very soon.
