To be very honest, Aiims is thought to be tougher than NEET. It is tougher in the sense it asks you more than basics or may be some tricky ones. But no exam is tough if you are strong in your basics. And it most certainly doesn’t at all concern from where you belong. you just need to work hard and keep your doubts cleared and lastly it Is very important to keep a calm and clear mind on the day of the exam.
