You can go for Diplomas such as DO, DGO but even that is a dream of many students. But there are DNB courses too for post graduation in medicine. Or maybe these courses from private colleges or remote colleges. However if you are really studious, intelligent and lucky you might get into a remotely based AIIMS as there are multiple now. AIIMS Delhi is a dream yet it is not good for certain subjects like Gynaecology as compared to Safdarjung. So just be positive and focus well on your preparation. Hope this helps!!!
