I would like to tell you that it is very tough as you know every year around 6–7 lakh medical aspirants appear for NEET but few aspirants around 2 lakh who are confident about their preparation appear for the toughest medical entrance of the Nation, AIIMS MBBS UG Entrance Examination and only around 7- 8 thousands are eligible for counseling session with only 700 seats (from this year). So see the success ratio yourself.

The different examination pattern with Assertion - Reason questions, G. K. section and standard level of questions makes it difficult to crack which requires thorough understanding of concepts.
