Is AIQ the only possible way to apply for non local states or can I apply when the respective state releases notification for application..

Dear Lahari, if you want to apply for other State Medical Colleges, it is only through 15% All India Counselling. There are 2 States which are exceptions to it. Jammu and Kashmir and Karnataka. Jammu and Kashmir doesnt participate in All India Quota and so you cannot participate in their State Counselluming. The other State is Karnataka. Karnataka is an open State which means you can appear for Karnataka State Counselling.
