It changes but not much more.

They only changes sequence of questions and also add latest year questions of JEE MAINS AND ADVANCED .

What they is to change their paragraph type ques. ,they make normal questions to paragraph type also they remove some useless questions , they changes the marking scheme etc.

So, if you have old study material then no need to buy new . Just try to do all previous year JEE asked questions yourself , It will be more helpfull.
