no there is not a large diffrance but for depth clearity you have to study ncert and and for conceptual question practice for neet you have to solve allen biology modules ok thanks

It will depend upon the student. 

Is Allen module good or not along with NCERT ? I would suggest you to first study NCERT then go to Allen module then solve previous year questions. If you are able to solve then well and good. If any doubt arises then you can check from any of the books mentioned above.
