To come straight to the point, Allen modules are extremely detailed as compared to that of MTG. Many coaching faculty even consider Allen biology modules to be detailed enough to cover up topics related to the 1st year of MBBS course. I would also say that ALLEN modules are sufficient to be the sole study material for NEET preparation. You don't need to refer to any other books or material if you use Allen Modules. But it's not the same with MTG. MTG isn't detailed enough as compared to Allen.

So, to conclude I would suggest you to buy Allen modules and purchase only NCERT at your fingertips of MTG publications.
