Hello Ujjawal, As per your query i would like to tell you, no its totally wrong.

Generally doctors in armed forces trained to deal with various situations like gunshot wounds ,fatal injuties due to explosions they do everything to stabilize the patient from injury and infection.their work is really challenging to save a life of soldier ..they have more field experiance than normal doctors.

On the contrary they're considered the most resourceful, some of the best ones.
