hello,

if you have applied as obc candidate, then you are not eligible for general merit seat criteria. there is nothing mention in the official brochure.

hope you may understand.

and the state counselling? because there are just about 220-230 obc seats in central universities. Do you mean to say if I get obc rank 231, I wont get admission?
