Right now the postpone of NEET'20 cannot be predicted accurately. All of this depend upon the current pandemic situation, if the situation gets under control and spread decreases then exam will be conducted for sure and if the situation doesn't get under control then the exam may get postponed because it won't be correct on harming the students health. Right now, NEET'20 is expected to be conducted on 26 July 2020 and update regarding the postpone would be out soon by the government, if it happens.
