Hello.

JMI takes admission only through Jee mains and doesn't have a separate entrance test to it's courses. So, you would have to try for admission only on the basis of your Jee rank.

Hey aspirant, there are so many entrance exams for b tech like jee advanced,jee mains,, where, jcece ,kcet, comedy, BITSAT, VITEEE, etc.

As per your question yes,it's definitely required for some of the prestigious universities where as u can also join through management quota,there u can pay directly and join in the respective institutes.
