No EAMCET scores are not accepted in other states while it is only accepted in Andra Pradesh. many of the other states hold their own entrance exams and accept the scores of that while exams like JEE are accepted in almost every good university of India.I hope this helps, While below I am attaching list of top colleges that accept the EAMCET scores.

AP EAMCET is a state level entrance examination conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada. So the scorecard is valid only in Andhra Pradesh. All the participating institutes are situated in AP. This scorecard is not valid in any other states of the country.
