Yes, the student's from  Andhra Pradesh can apply for TNEA counselling. But you have to be eligible for any of these criteria,

• your native should me Tamilnadu
• If any of your parents is a central govt. employee or working in the Public sector unit and working in Tamilnadu for the past 5 years during the application will be eligible

If you don't come under any of these two categories, then you have a separate procedure for TNEA Counselling application(other state Quota). Only 50 seats are allocated for other state candidates. they are completely based on overall rank and divided in between different regions.

The last date for Registration of Online Applications is 16.08.2020.
