Students who have successfully passed 12th standard/HSC/10+2 or equivalent level of examination from any recognized board can only apply for Apaprel Fashion Design and Technology.
Therefore you should pass 12th from desired stream to be eligible for this. No stream is mandatory for Fashion designing.
