Hey,

Yes that's sufficient. Arihant maths series is very good when it comes to JEE preparation. The content of the series is upto the mark and you can surely go for it without a doubt.

The best way to check is give one or two test series of arihant and after that try solving past JEE advance papers. If you find any difference then plan your studies accordingly. But if you don't find any difference and you are capable of solving major portion or problem then you are good to go.
