Yes, Arihant books are good to prepare for MHT CET 2018 exam. 

In order to prepare for MHT CET you should also refer to your text books as syllabus is based on them after completing your text books you can go for Arihant books. 

According, to the new changes MHT CET level is raised to JEE Main and 20% weightage is from your 11th class and 80% weightage is from 12th class. So, you need to prepare accordingly and you need to practice a lot to scoe good marks.
