Attendance is mandatory for every collage or universities,But different collage is attendance cutoff criteria for eligible is prepared by collage or universities board member. may be Minimum 75% cut off for every collage.

Is there is any special case like health issue or blanket leave then you  will submit necessary document and discusses with your higher authority.
