Hello aspirant!! In today's developing era the demand of mechanical engineers has increased manifold and automobile engineering is in a way a sub branch of mechanical, so its demand is high as well. Automobile is a specialization of mechanical field. So which field to choose is highly dependent on your level of interest . Both the fields are reputed and have high demand. So choose what drives you and are passionate about and you will definitely attain success in that field. Hope this helps.
