Military nursing service or MNS if you want to join then you have approved some criteria.

• You have to complete your 12th class from any reputed board with physics, chemistry and biology.
• You have to completed your graduation in BSC nursing from any reputed university or college.
• You have to fit and sound.

So you can eligible for MNS, don't worry about your graduation like graduate from private nursing college. You can give the examination because they will select from examination, written, interview and medical test. If you are eligible all of category then you will be selected.
