There are so many options after that you don't even know and each of them will make new interest and doubt so in that case i would suggest that first fix you goal what you really want to do because this will help you in a long run.Now, if you want to do BA in English the possible options you will have is that you can go further and do MA in English and then doing BEd will help you to obtain job in teaching sector.
