These two courses that you mentioned belong to entirely different streams and have totally different background.

Bachelor of Engineering is a course from science stream whereas Bachelor of Arts is from humanities.

The choice between these two course depends upon your interest and what stream you had opted in your class 12.

Both the courses have their own scope, career path and opportunities. So you must go as per your interest.
