BBA stands for bachelor's in business administration on the other hand BMS stands for Bachelor's in management studies . Both of them are more or less the same . The course material and subjects are also the same with some advancements in BMS depending on the college/University you choose. You can choose either of the too. They both will help you get a better understanding of business aspects.
