Hello
Bachelors in Computer Application is a 3 year undergraduate course for candidates interested in computer and IT field. The degree is considered at par with the B.E and B.Tech degree in computer science or Information Technology.
The eligiblity criteria for admission to BCA course is that candidate should have passed class XII (without mathematics also allowed).
The admissions are based on entrance exams conducted by the respective universities or marks secured in class XII.

The course deals with applications of computer and IT in all fields. You do not require very high level of mathematics for this course however, some basic concepts are definitely required.
You can download the syllabus of BCA course from the website of the college you are interested in to know about the topics you'll be studying and judge the difficulty by yourself.
M9st candidates go for higher studies after BCA, however there are various job opportunities after BCA itself.

Good luck
