No, b.com hons and b.com in financial marketing are different from each other.

As you should know that they are same in first two years and become different after second year of your b.com course. 

By going for b.com hons you will become a good generalist in corporate job.

On the other hand in b.com in financial marketing you will learn different marketing strategies and made you good market investor.
