hello danial,

The rules and eligibility section of the JOSAA says that

the candidate must be scored 75% above in the 12th standard

and the reservation candidates of sc/st has 65% above in the 12 th standard

if the condition satisfied by the candidate then the admission will be given by JOSAA

Below 75 percent marks in higher secondary school examination will not be not accepted in NIT admission in general category in any condition.

No , if your percentage is below 75 in cbse board then you are not elligible. You can take admission in nit college .
