I will say that BHMS is better than b pharmacy but still it depends on your interest since b pharmacy is also not bad at all.

Bhms will fetch you jobs in Homeopathy  practioner whereas b pharmacy will let you become only a graduate in pharmacy and will you to open your own medical shop.

Bhms will let you practice freely and privately.You shall be authorised to treat patients on your own.Moreover homoeopathy has a wide furture scope.
But at last it dependson your interest.
