Physics, Mathematics, and, Chemistry along withEnglish, should be a part of the candidates syllabus in the last two years.
For B.Tech /B.E. course.
To get admission in this course, candidate should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent examination) with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as compulosry subjects and an optional subject should be there from any one of the subjects:ChemistryorBiologyorBiotechnologyorComputer ScienceorElectronics

Comet k is an common entrance test for the students who want to take admission in Medical Colleges, dental colleges or engineering colleges. So pending upon for which course you are applying for if its BTech , or medical subjects are there for you . If you are applying for medical or dental exam then biology is compulsory for you otherwise if you are applying for engineering colleges or BTech then it's not. I hope this was helpful .
