Hi !

Both biomedical and energy engineering are good fields to pursue in India. Both the fields cater 2 different sectors. Biomedical field has greater scope in private and government sectors. However it completely depends on your interest. Even in energy engineering one has opportunities in private and government sectors like PSU's consulting, etc.
