Hiiii Bharat!!!! Generally the colleges do not require particularly birth certificate as such because the requirement of the birth certificate is filfilled by the marksheet of 10th and 12th. The marksheets are a kind of alternative for the birth certificate.

Birth certificate are only needed for counseling time but at the time of registration you need scanned photos and signature and a valid ID proof. Until the time of the counseling get your birth certificate in place. 

Note : birth certificate is a must during counseling
