I don't think it will be a problem if you wear that but they mentioned light colored clothes so please try to wear something other than black because see if they don't allow you or if they have any problem with your dress then your tension will increase regarding the exam and you won't write the exam peacefully so I suggest you wear something other than black so that you will be on safer side and they won't harm you I mean they won't cause you any trouble regarding the dress code.
