D pharm;
It stands for diploma in pharmacy. Its a 2 years course. It's a course which trains it's students under licensed pharmacies. Candidates are trained with billing,uses of drugs, compounding etc., it is always advised to go for B.pharm after completing the d.pharm for more better jobs and for adding up a value. Coming  to packages Starting salary will be 10 to 12k per annum

B.pharm;
It stands for Bachelor of pharmacy. It's a four years under graduate course. It is a course which train's student to deal with drugs, they are even trained for curing diseases. Can get a job as pharmacist,drug inspector, drug discovery etc., Advised to do m. Pharm for adding up more value and higher job profiles.

B.Pharmacy is better than D.Pharmacy because in D.Pharmacy you will learn about pharmaceutical science, pharmacology in basic level but in B.Pharmacy you will learn these along with others deeply. B.Pharmacy is better than D.Pharmacy in every aspect.You have good opportunities to go into research side.
