Not knowing about computer is different but btech in cse is mostly about coding so I'll suggest you to try learning coding through YouTube. If you'll feel interested in learning it I'll suggest you to take CSE otherwise you'll feel depressed doing coding all the four year without interest and doing the same for the rest of the life as not all students like coding but in the lack of awareness they take cse. Coding languages for starting should be c, c++,java you can start with any one the best one to start will be c programming.

No , computer science branch is not tough ,it is just as difficult as any other branches of Engineering.

Also , in Computer Science Engineering you learn through writing and practicing programmes and codes rather than just mugging up theory so it's rather interesting, so you will enjoy it. Also, you don't need to worry if you don't know anything about computer right now you will learn about it gradually through the course and that's why the courses has been designed.

You get to  study  design, computational processes and programming languages.
