B.tech- 4years.

BCA+MCA Integrated- 5years.

Generally,in B.tech studies include the technical aspect.It will focus more on digital electronics, microprocessors and it's programming apart from software languages though you will learn it too but in a minor way.

In BCA+MCA it will basically focus on development of computer applications and you will get to know about different programming languages.

The prime  difference comes in if someone is looking for higher education i.e. a BCA+MCA graduate can directly go for PhD where as a B.tech aspirant has to do a 2 year Master degree to go further for PhD, so in comparison BCA+MCA graduate will save a year.

Go with b.tech if you are looking for a core Engineering course or else opt BCA+MCA if you are looking for a course related to development of computer applications.

Placement totally depends on you your interest and efforts in the field.

If you consider in terms of salary after graduation Computer Science students will get more salary/packages more than BCA/MCA Students. Because computer science has depth in its syallabus and curriculum and it provides advanced education in Computer related fields while on other hand BCA/MCA will give you just basic knowledge about computer applications.
