see CA is stands for chartered accountancy, however it has no direct relation with ethical hacking  in terms of syllabus or course structure. however to become a ethical hacker you need to have good knowledge on computer peripherals, computer architecture, soft computing, web development , programming languages etc. however it really difficult to pursue this two course simultaneously. you need to choose any of this, and if you are doing graduation on computer science or any other related subject it will be your plus point.
