No study material available is exhaustive. These materials are just meant to give you an idea of the range of topics that should be covered to be safe. So you should never restrict yourself to a particular coaching institute's study material.
Coming to your question, if you use the available material wisely enough, you can even manage to get a 90+ percentile. But if you are not serious enough, it might get difficult for you to even cross the 70 mark.
So stop worrying about the material, and make the best use of whatever you have. I promise you'll do very well.
