1. Valid mobile number

2. Valid email address

3. Marksheets, certificates of class 10 and class 12 and other school details

4. Aadhaar number

5. Class 12 roll number issued by the board/ election card, passport number, ration card number, bank account or any other valid government identity number

7. Scanned images of passport sized photograph, and signature.

8. Credit / Debit card or net banking details.

Caste certificate is not required during the filling of application form of neet it will be required during the admission procedure once you get allotted a college. You will have to fill your caste during application form from which you want to opt seat like Gen,EWS, OBC, SC,ST. so you should fill that during the filling of application form if you want to get reservation in your category otherwise if you filled the application form as general candidate then you will not will be eligible. You will need your valid caste certificate and domicile if you getting admitted through State quota counseling. You will also have to choose your 85% state quota during the filling of application form. You will have not show any documents during filling but you will have to show during admission process so make a valid caste certificate and domicile certificate having validity, it not should be expired.
