No.....But you are required to submit an obc-ncl certificate at the time of jee adv application form in the required format as will be given in instruction book of jee and can be downloaded from the official website. (must be issued on or after april 2018 and verified from grade 1 officer)........................The same will be submitted at the time of admission.
