Chapter 1 of class 11th Chemistry is some basic concept of chemistry , in this chapter you learn many about concentration terms like molarity and molality and mole fraction etc

Chapter 2 of Class 11th chemistry is structure of atom ,in this chapter you learn about various models of atoms proposed by different scientist like Thomson model Rutherford Model , atomic structure etc

So, these two chapters are completely different from each other and are not interlinked

so, even if you want to  to study chapter 2 first without studying chapter 1 then you  can do it .
