According to present scenario the demand for cse branch is increasing nowadays very much but when you have option for abroad study you must go for it as the demand in india is increased when you have ms degree from abroad .

Depends on what you want from life. Both will be extremely different as a profession , so choose wisely. I'd suggest CS over Mining 100 out of a 100 times.
