You have not mentioned which DY Patil college you are asking about. There are 1 college from which one provides engineering course and one medical course.

1.DY Patil insitute of technology

2. DY Patil Medical college

For engineering, You have to take either JEE mains(National engineering entrance exam) or MHCET(State board for Engineering).

For medical you have to take NEET exam and get admission in MBBS /BDS.

Admission:- You are eligible to appear the entrance exam after your 12th  board exam . You can't appear in 11th. You have time so you can prepare meanwhile so that you can perform well in exam.
