There are many colleges that give scholarships to ews or obc candidates, or a tfw candidates whose family income is less than 1 lakh.

But not every college give the scholarship. There are colleges where there is no scholarship scheme neither they provide fees concession, so, you must be specific about the college name.
Because I cannot presume any college by myself and tell you the scholarship scheme of that college.
