With respect to your question you are appearing for 12 class exams.

You can   apply for COMEDK when you are in 12th class  and also after completion also (after completion of 12th class means next year same time ) .

Nearly all engineering entrance examination is for both intermediate appearing or passed out.There is no such restrictions for apperaing candidate or for 12th passed out candidate.You can apply for COMEDK examination even if you 12th passed out.
