I am sorry to inform you that there is no option to edit the Neet application form for phase 2. It has been clearly mentioned by authorities that it is a one time enter facility and no changes to it would be entertained. However aspirants who wants to make any modifications in the details filled in NEET UG phase 1 2021 application form will be allowed to correct the following details till October 10 in their NEET application form (Phase 1).
