Depends on the college like VIT,KIIT they cut an amount of 10000 .So please always check before making any money related payments.

Hi Mahima! Yes, the counseling fee is much refundable if you withdraw it before the commencement of the program. It will be subsequently get deducted if you withdraw it after the commencement of the program.
