see if you have studied bsc in critical care technology or any other relevant discipline , that does not mean you may use dr prefix before their name, you may earned a dr prefix, if you have studied health science courses like mbbs, bds, bhms , bams etc, or if you have studied bachelor in physiotherapy, or have studied 6 years pharma D course  , now coming to bachelor in critical carer technology course, if you go for higher studied and do phd later then you also may add dr prefix once completing your phd or doctoral course.
