Both the colleges are good but Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering is more focused towards engineering. The CS department there is great and the college is right in the middle of old Bangalore so it's an added advantage. Although, which college you should pick really depends on what you are looking. Both colleges are up there when it comes to the courses but I'd lean more towards Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering. All the best.
