Greetings aspirant!

Yes deemed university are those universities which are not funded by government bodies and also not established under any state or central legislation. Private universities example are Christ University, Amity University, sharda University etc.

ERA's lucknow medical college and hospital is a private college not government it is recognised by medical council of India.
