Sorry but if a candidate is disqualified in nit entrance exam he/ she won't be able to get admission in any course under nit. Entrance exam are conducted to differentiate between qualifying and non qualifying candidates and get best students under their respected college. Therefor a candidate who hasn't qualified the examination cannot get an admission
