It depends on University approved by Canada University.

U will not allowed unless u r from RECOGNISED or Approved University.

But it depends only for STUDIES.

Else. U can apply for Canada Emmigration.

For Canada immigration a degree acquired in distance education is completely valid. However a word of caution here. The immigration department is quite vigilant and they do verify the authenticity and genuineness of the qualification acquired through distance education.
